The Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce presented the prestigious Best Places to Work (BPTW) honor to QTEC Aerospace for the eleventh time at its awards event held 5/13/2025. Carol Daniel, QTEC Aerospace President/CEO noted, “We are honored to be recognized among this distinguished group of Huntsville/Madison County businesses and extend our congratulations to the other nominees and winners.”
Why is this award so impressive and so important? It is the voice of our employees; a direct reflection of our employees’ satisfaction with how we do business and the corporate culture we have built. In a talent-rich and successful community such as Huntsville, the recognition is a measure of how well we are meeting our mission statement; especially the “QTEC will provide an unusually good place to work” excerpt from our mission statement.
The feedback we receive through participating in the Chamber’s BPTW program provides insight into the evolution of employee needs and priorities over time; an opportunity for us to identify and consider changes and improvements in how we do business.
In accepting the award, QTEC’s Vice President of Operations, Rick Pender, acknowledged the founders of the company whose vision was to provide THE best place work. “More importantly,” he concluded, “I would like to thank the QTEC Team because THEY are QTEC Aerospace.”
