For the twelfth time, QTEC Aerospace has been recognized by The Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce as a Best Places to Work. The Chamber’s annual Best Places to Work awards luncheon was held May 14, 2026.
In accepting the award, Carol Daniel, QTEC Aerospace CEO/President noted, “We are honored to be a part of such a strong business community in the Huntsville/Madison County area. We are just one example of a Huntsville-based startup and we do not take for granted that our success story has been supported historically, and even today, by this strong community. So, I’d like to say how honored we are to be a part of this group and our QTEC Aerospace team certainly extends our congratulations to every contender and winner.
Today, this recognition goes to the whole QTEC team who are consistently committed to hard work, to our mission statement, and to our customers. Ultimately, that’s what makes QTEC a great place to work.”
We are especially honored to receive this recognition because it reflects the voice of our employees. We value the information that our employees provide through this vehicle. It allows us to have a greater insight into what we are doing right and where we can do better to attract and retain the best of the best. Establishing and maintaining a strong team is the key to QTEC Aerospace’s success to date and a fundamental tenant of our plans for the future.
